Joe Terrell, a principal at Highgate Partners has developed numerous residential projects both single family and multi-family. These projects range from single family contract homes to residential detached subdivisions of 102 lots. The market value of these developments exceeds $100 million dollars.
In addition, in partnership with other individuals and various third-party equity sources Terrell developed approximately 3 million square feet of institutional grade industrial buildings from the late 1980’s until year 2000. These buildings included both spec product and build-to-suits for a number of major companies including: Toyo Tires, Amoco, Subaru, Google, Cardinal Health Care, Kia Motors and others. The capitalized value of these industrial projects including land/horizontal development was approximately $200 million dollars.
