Andrew Murphy serves as a Principal with Highgate Partners based in Atlanta, Georgia.  Mr. Murphy specializes in representing health systems, physician owners, and private investors in the disposition of their medical office buildings throughout the Southeast.  He also oversees Highgate Partner’s acquisition and development projects along with his partner, Beau Terrell.

In addition to his responsibility marketing client’s assignments, strategy and positioning of offers, Murphy leads the day-to-day direction of the healthcare investment sales team. During his 17-year real estate career, Murphy has successfully closed over eight (8) million square feet of investment properties valued at more than $1.2 billion.

Prior to joining Highgate Partners, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at Ackerman & Co. where he ran the investment sales team.  During his seven-year tenure at Ackerman, Mr. Murphy was a continuous top three producer and was recognized as Ackerman’s top producer in 2012 and 2013.

Prior to joining Ackerman in late 2010, Murphy was Vice President at Carter & Associates. Murphy also spent five years with CB Richard Ellis’s Atlanta Private Client Group and their financial consulting group, underwriting $6 billion of real estate assets on the Eastern seaboard.
