About Me

At Highgate Partners, Chandler Pope serves as a Vice President where he focuses on investment sale transactions primarily in the healthcare industry throughout Georgia and the Southeast.  Chandler specializes in representing clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and leasing on both the tenant and landlord side.  Prior to joining Highgate Partners, Chandler was a Senior Advisor at TenantBase and focused primarily on representing office and industrial tenants with their leasing needs throughout Metro Atlanta.  Chandler started his career at Ackerman & Co. in 2014, where he specialized in representing office tenants and landlords with all of their commercial real estate needs.  While there, he was awarded Young Broker of the Year and Broker of the Month.  Chandler grew up in New Jersey, Malaysia, Chile and Atlanta, before graduating from Holy Innocent’s high school and the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management.  Chandler lives in Brookhaven, Georgia with his wife and their two dogs.  Chandler is committed to providing his clients with the highest quality of service and expertise possible by taking time to understand their specific needs and goals.  This perspective allows him to create maximum value and reach the ultimate goal of matching his client’s objectives with their optimal real estate solution.
