About Me

Nathan Wang serves as Vice President at Highgate Partners, where he is responsible for expanding the firm’s industrial platform. Specifically, Nathan is tasked with the due diligence, acquisition, investment management and disposition of industrial assets for the firm. In addition to industrial assets, Nathan actively works with a variety of clients on the brokerage and development side of the business. From investment sales to owner-user opportunities, Nathan has been able to help clients achieve their goals in various markets around the Sun Belt in multiple asset classes.

Prior to joining Highgate in 2020, Nathan co-founded Citadel Venture Holdings, a Houston based real estate investment company. At CVH, Nathan was responsible for Citadel’s capital structuring, financing, feasibility and financial analysis, and management of the firm’s investment projects. With a specialty in value-add industrial projects, the firm would grow to over $18MM in AUM and expand from Houston to include properties in San Antonio. Over the four years he was at the firm, Nathan closed multiple difficult transactions that included properties that had major vacancy challenges, environmental issues and structural problems.

Nathan’s experience in commercial real estate began at Clay & Company, a full-service real estate firm in Houston, Texas. His responsibilities at Clay & Company spanned the industrial, office, multifamily, medical office and hospitality asset classes. Nathan worked with clients on new development opportunities and assisted with portfolio management responsibilities for the firm’s various properties. Nathan closed over 17 transactions with project costs totaling over $40 million in all major markets of Texas.

Nathan received a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Leadership from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. He is from Houston, Texas and recently moved to Atlanta with his wife Lauren. They enjoy trying new restaurants, exploring new places and relaxing with friends in their free time.
