About Me

Jordan Schrenk serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions with Highgate Partners based in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Schrenk specializes in identifying new opportunities, underwriting, evaluating, and the acquisition of medical office buildings throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Jordan has been instrumental in Highgate’s growth and expansion of their current portfolio (49 assets). In addition to his responsibility of evaluating and analyzing each investment opportunity, Jordan works directly with both principals on capital structuring and the management of investor relations.

Prior to joining Highgate Partners, Jordan was a Senior Property Manager at Transwestern where he oversaw the management operations of an office and medical office portfolio for multiple ownership groups. As a senior property manager, Mr. Schrenk successfully managed millions of dollars in capital improvements while overseeing property managers, leasing agents, engineers, and various personnel.

Jordan received a degree in Management Information Systems with an emphasis in Sales from The Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama. He grew up in metro Atlanta and graduated from George Walton Comprehensive High School.
