At Highgate Partners, Preston Pelham serves as a financial analyst, primarily assisting with the due diligence and underwriting process of potential acquisitions within the healthcare sector. Preston grew up in LaGrange, Georgia, and is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia. While in Athens, Preston double majored in both Finance and Real Estate within UGA’s prestigious Terry College of Business. Preston’s career in commercial real estate has continued to expand by his prior knowledge about the industry and his day to day of being involved in Highgate’s acquisition, disposition, and asset management sides of the business. In his spare time, Preston enjoys golfing, snow skiing, and spending time on the lake, in addition to being an avid fan of UGA football and the Atlanta Braves.
